When will my order arrive?
All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
I placed my order, but have not received a tracking information?
Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.
What shipping method do you use?
The Netherlands – (1 to 2 business days from ship date)
International – (10 to 18 days from ship date)
DHL Express – International (3 to 10 days from ship date)
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We are working on it so it will be there soon!
Do you restock your inventory?
Every drop is live until the next round is released. Merchandise from previous rounds are not stocked.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No returns are available on any merchandise.
Sizing?
Everything is true to its size. If you want the longer, bigger look which is popular in present day, we suggest getting a size up.
